Our YMM (Year/Make/Model) search assumes the vehicle is in factory condition. If you have modified your suspension or swapped an engine, please contact our team with the specific part numbers or dimensions of the components you need rather than searching by vehicle.
What is a "Core Charge" on my invoice?
For certain high-value components like alternators, starter motors, or drive shafts, a "Core Charge" may be applied. This is a refundable deposit that encourages the return of your old, rebuildable part. Once you receive your new part, place the old one in the original box and contact us to arrange the return and your deposit refund.
Do you sell used or recycled parts?
No. Metro Auto Online specializes exclusively in New Aftermarket and OE-Quality components. We do not stock "wrecking yard" or second-hand items, ensuring every part we sell meets a consistent standard of reliability and carries a full manufacturer's warranty.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You can certainly check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your order history for future servicing, and simplifies the process for any potential returns or warranty claims.
How do I upgrade my account to a Trade Account?

Can I change my delivery address after an order is placed?
Address changes must be requested within 30 minutes of order confirmation. Once an order has been picked and assigned to a local driver or courier, we are unable to redirect the shipment.
